She is cute but her face does not match her voice. she needs to work or her vocals. She has too much of an accent on the lyrics. She will not cut it here in the States. She is no Charice.
The popularity of Charice is only because of Oprah. There’s still a lot of good singer way better than her in the Philippines who has not given a chance. Also I don’t like her singing style, “parang minsan sumisigaw lang”, halos ganyan mga kanta nya, medyo nakakasawa … but still, I’m proud that she’s successful in the US.
Back to the topic, the above videos is a spoof but cute… sorry but compared to Charice she is more talented.
charice’ style of singing is very common in the philippines, she was just lucky.
