Joshua Clottey was a defensive player in all the 12 rounds and gets over 30 shots per round only while Manny Pacquiao does not go less than 90 shots per round. With the heavy defense of Clottey, Manny still managed to get several heavy shots from the first round and all Manny points for each round. On the second round, Clottey was able to land some good jabs too but still, Manny Pacquiao dominated. Third, Manny caught Clottey with a left uppercut while Clottey was successful with his straight right hand. In the fourth round, Pacquiao threw a double-handed punch which the referee warned him about. Pacquiao vs clottey fight will be held in the Cowboys Stadium in the United States. Joshua Clottey is the next choice of Manny Pacquiao after his fight against Mayweather ended up in court and the fight of the decade was eventually cancelled.
Joshua Clottey is one tough fighter and it’s obvious that Manny Pacquiao is looking for a challenge as he progress in his boxing career. Joshua Clottey has impressive boxing stats with 35 wins, 3 losses and 20 knock outs. His last fight was with Cotto in June of last year but unfortunately loss by a split decision.
Manny Pacquiao is the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world and he’s one tough guy to beat. His boxing stats are 50 wins, 3 losses, 2 draws and 38 wins via Knock out. His last fight was also with Cotto on November of 2009 and won via TKO.
The fight would be tight but many say they still favor Pacquiao as the winner but will Clottey dominate in the ring and shock the Pacman team? Let’s all wait and see.
