Google is working with the new search interface featured with sidebar. The sidebar allow users to more easily reach search history, images, video, maps, books and forums based on the search term you entered.

The new vibrant color of the logo and button looks great, though since this is a test run, there are some flaws I noticed. See the alignment of the drop down menu(image below). It also occur on the search interface button (see the above image).

If you want to test the new interface, you can paste the code to your address bar. Be sure you are not login to your google account.
