How to fix dfsvc.exe error on PLDT Watchpad

Unfortunately, pc computers are not reliable as it can be. Just yesterday, I encountered a problem while opening my PLDT Watchpad player on my Windows XP, it says something like "dfsvc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". I thought this was just a simple problem that CTRL+ALT+DEL can handle, but not. So what I did is google the problem and found some information about it from Processlist.com

dfsvc.exe (dfsvc.exe) is an executable from the software Microsoft® .NET Framework version 2.0.42 by Microsoft Corporation. dfsvc.exe version 2.0.42 has a file size of 4,608 bytes, and is most commonly found under the directory "v2.0.40607" with a creation date of July 8, 2004. This is not a known spyware, adware, or trojan executable.

I also read that the causes of the problem is due to corrupt registry, so I scan my pc with CCleaner and paid RegistryBooster for $29.95 but to no avail. I also tried to restore my backup but the same error is still occur. I've been searching for solution for more than 3 hours and finally found a forum where they suggested to reinstall the Service Pack 1.

I updated the Service Pack and the problem was solved. That's it, I can now watch the pacquiao clottey live stream on PLDT watchpad for FREE. It will be on March 13 of this year, beginning at 9 P.M. EST/6 P.M. PST.

How to Block Sites Without using any Software

There are lots of sites on the internet nowadays that anybody can access to see pornographic materials. This proves to be a nightmare for parents as their kids can get exposed to such materials without their knowing. There are a number of ways to block these sites or to monitor the sites visited by your kids but usually it requires software applications to do so.

There is, in fact, a proven and effective way to block known pornographic or “bad” sites from being accessed from your computer even without any use of a software. This is a simple way to block sites that you could follow in a breeze.

(for Window XP user only)

Step 1: First browse , C:\\Windows\\System32\\drivers\\etc then look for a file with the name “hosts”.

Step 2: Open it using the Notepad. At the bottom as you scroll down, add in this line 127.0.0.1 www.blockthissite.com where blockthissite is just an example URL that you could replace with the sites you want to block. See example hosts file.

Just press Enter after then type again another line for another site you want to black and so on until you blocked all sites you don’t want to be accessed in your home. Then after the last blocked site, click Enter once more then just save and close the file.

That’s it! It’s very easy!
